We charge $150 an hour with a 5 hour minimum each day we are working on site.
The time it will take is dependent on the work performed, changes in scope of job, etc.

You should always check with your city/county. You will pull the permit as the home/land owner or general contractor and I will work as a subcontractor.

I will perform the work and will not leave the job site until you are satisfied and sign off on the job.
